+9After we installed the new version of BR 5.0.19.0 ,one particular user gets the error “IFS BR Upgrade Utility is not installed” while loading any report..This doesn’t stop the report from loading though..
IFS BR Upgrade Utility is in fact installed and we upgraded the reports using that ..
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times,however no luck..
Appreciate any info on this ...

You have to check below location in Excel to see if IFS BR client add-in is properly connected to Excel.
Open Excel
Go to File → Options → Add-in
Select ‘COM Add-ins’ from ‘Manage’ drop down
Click ‘Go’
You will see the below dialog box.

Hi,
There is an environment variable called IFS_BUSINESS_ANALYTICS_HOME. That should point to the location where you installed IFS Business Reporter.
Please check if the value of that variable is correctly set. (only applicable for MSI installation)
