Can the Sales Configurator be used to order non-configured parts. We have a supplier that will direct ship non-configured parts to our customers but we want to use the configurator to choose certain part characteristics to select the correct part to place on the customer order? Has anyone done this? We currently do CTO and create shop orders to build and ship product but our supplier ERP system can not handle configured parts. Is there a solution in IFS to handle this?. We are on IEE APPS10 UPD#11.
