How to set the Scheduling Resource flag in IFS Cloud

Hello, 

Can anyone point me to where I can change/set the “scheduling resource” flag in the cloud?

or provide a guidance on what is setting this flag if I cant manually change it?

Path: Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Resource > Resource Availability

@Nethmini Kosvinna I have checked and confirmed my user is connected to the appropriate company resource structure and selected the correct company. I have tired this many time. on a recreate.

I was able to figure out where and how to delete the service resource and restart the process successfully.

 Steps i took to clear the resource record was

  1. go to ‘Remove Resource Schedules and Capacity’ and run the schedule capacity remove for the resource.
  2. go to ‘Resource Individuals’ and delete the resource record from here.

Hello @Nethmini Kosvinna. this is also where I thought and tired to add my user, however I was not able to see myself as a selectable resource.

Hi @Cpatel ,
Your user should be a resource connected to your company resource structure through a Parent Resource Group and must be an employee in the company. Also make sure to select correct company on Scheduling Resources window.
