what is I forgot IFSAPP and IFSADMIN password. how can i reset it.
I guess can’t do it via backend. Please suggest

if it’s IFS managed cloud installation you can request these passwords from IFS cloud services but if it’s a remote installation you’ll need to install the MT server again.
IFS cloud’s user authentication source is not the database hence changing the database account passwords will not work here

+4If any process to reset the password for ifs application user is there for IFS managed cloud then it must work for remote installation.
Why we need to re-install the MT server again?
Is there any difference other than IFS is managing one or the remote is managed by the client?
