OK. So I’m trying to migrate my IFS Apps 9 servers into Azure. The main issue I’ve found during testing is that Azure requires Authenticated SMTP email. I’ve configured IFS Connect as I believe it should be configured, but I get an error saying TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 are not allowed and that TLS1.2 needs to be set as default.

I think this might be because the Java Mail applet on the IFS MW Server is version 1.4, and version 1.4 doesn’t support TLS1.2

So my question is, having downloaded javax.mail.jar version 1.6 (which supports TLS 1.2) does anyone know how I install it?

TIA. Chris.

Never got anywhere with trying to reconfigure IFS. In the end I subscribed to Twilio SendGrid in Azure which allows SMTP Relay. Please close the call.
