I set up the Attachments task action as mandatory but the mobile app is not blocking the user to complete the task. Does anyone know why?
the version is 23R1 MWO MAINTENANCE
One doubt is, the app consider media and docs or just media or doc?

That’s the problem, the app is not forcing the user to attach at least one media or doc.
The time mandatory is working well, but media is not.
I tested both windows and android.
Do you know what it could be, or if I’m missing some thing?

+16If that's the case then please raise a support ticket so it can be investigated in detail and corrected if needed
