IFS' (non-)usage of ISO's: languages

why is it that IFS isn’t offering more drop down lists default, following the many ISO agreements?

for example, for people’s competencies regarding language skills, there is a standard:

imho, this should be a standard drop down list, under Person.

...or did I not find an existing solution/list yet?
