Hello,

I am trying to run TouchApps on test environment(After coming price quote, we will decide to buy or not).

I created a Certificate Sign Request(CSR) for IFS-TEST and signed from domain root CA. After that I reconfigure IFS by Installer. New certificate is running with IFS without any problem.

Windows Mobile IFS Aurena NotifyMe10 is running well.

I am trying to use android Aurena NotifyMe10. I installed root CA ceritificate, IFS-Test and TouchApps Server Certificates on android phone too. I can see IFS-Test login sceen and I can input username and password. After typing credentials its giving an error like that.

authorizationexception: {“type”:0,”code”:3,”errordescription”:”network error”}

Are there any solution for this problem?

Hi

have you used the exact same certificate everywhere? Android will not work if it is not the same certificate?

Windows and iOS will however work with different certificates. Thats why I think it works for you on windows, but not on Android.

Regards

Johan

Hi @JOOLSE ,

Yes they are same certificates. Now I checked certificates from android browser by looking ifstest and ifstas(touchapps server)’ s web page connection security. At the left side of browsers URL address bar, there is a sign for connection secure. This means certificates are running true, isnt it?

I wanted an iphone from our IT expert. He gave me an iPhone7 for testing purpose. I installed certificates on it and I checked ifstest and ifstas servers web page security. They have a lock sign on left side of browsers address bar. They seems secure.

After entering credentials, Iphone is giving an error like that.

Does this gave a clue?

I will pass this on to some collegues, but as you cannot login in through iOS as well and you have checked the certificates, we can rule that off as a cause for this issue.
