Hi Harald,

I have seen this issue before. This is because the WebDAV windows feature is enabled. You will need to go to Windows Features and turn it off in the machine your TAS is installed in. The reason is that this module does not allow PUT requests and document details is first inserted and then uses an update to add in the document data which uses a PUT request.

Therefore WebDAV is blocking this. To stop this you need to disable that feature in the TAS machine.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Ex1PankaG ,

Can you go to the machine where TAS is installed and open Event Viewer and check the logs for “Application”? There could be some errors there.

Best Regards
Ibrahim
