Good Morning All - I am receiving the error message below when our engineers are raising a callout Work Order on their Devices - Can anyone assist with this

ORA-20110: DocObjAccAllowedTypes.DOCOBJMETHODSIGNATUREINOBTYACC: An error occurred when checking object-controlled document access via method WORK_ORDER_API.Get_Document_Access. Contact your system administrator to verify the methods defined under 'Object Types for Access Control'.

Many thanks for your help

Dave

Hi Dave,

This is a standard IFS exception when the system try to validate the access level to create attachments while raising a mobile work order.

As suggested in the error , the basic data set up should be verified in the application.

Go to the “Document Basic” > “Object Type for Access Control” tab

If there is no record with package WORK_ORDER_API and method Get_Document_Access, please create a new record with object type WorkOrder

Otherwise if there is a record, check whether a record is enabled as shown in the below screen shot.

Hope this will assist you.

Best Regards
