Is it possible to have multiple lines on sales part base price, if there is scale pricing for the part.

By Scale Pricing did you mean “Unit Based” sales price group?
If so, sales part with “Unit Based” price groups cannot be used for base price definition.
But you can have multiple lines on sales part base price for “Part Based” if the sales part is registered in particular site in “Sales Part” window.
