How to show rework operation on Shop Order

You would typically add this operation manually depending on which part of the process the rework is required.

Note that this would be normally be for the Shop Order Lot Size.

Reworking can be done via two different methods but if it re-worked and used trough the same SO, prevailing method would be through specifying a particular operation in the shop order and tracing the time reported for that mentioned particular operation separately.

Hello,

1. You can handle rework of Work in progress inventory  by adding required operation and Material. You can required material for rework to operation and then process it. You will have an ability to enter the labor and machine time. 
2. For Finished good , you can create new repair type shop order. Please keep in mind that you will need repair type product structure and routing.
3. You can add and remove materials, operation on the shop order
