Alliance To fullfill a pdf forms in mobile edge

Hi

I would like to fulfill a “CERFA form”  (an standard in france for HVAC sector) with mobile edge.  (see on attachment). I want to have an electronic fulfillment of this form.
 

Do you know a way to do that with mobile edge  ?

Do you know if it’s possible to use a application like “Pronto Form” with mobile edge ? 

Do you ever made a integration like that with a solution for electronic  forms (Pronto forms, jotforms, Kizeo Foms) that have more capabilities for complex checklists  : From Mobile edge, we open a App or browser to fulfill the electronic form

Hi 

We use the CERFA form with the SA checklists. We use the CERFA form with the SA checklists. Technicians on their mobiles answer the questions asked by the checklist. Technicians on their mobiles answer the questions asked by the checklist. On the server, an agent retrieves the data to format it. 

We have created a "Cerfa" module that displays the data collected in a "Cerfa" report.
The customer's signature is retrieved and inserted into the document via the service request.The customer's signature is retrieved and inserted into the document via the intervention request.

The customer automatically receives by email the Cerfa (or ) as soon as he has signed on the mobile the intervention report.

Our technicians have been using it for a few years now.

We extend the possibilities for tecnician who don t have SA on her mobile with KIZEO Forms. The forms “Cerfa” is created directly in Kizeo. (we export data and from KIZEO server to).

Hi Anthony, we don’t have any integrations along those lines at the moment but we can log a RFE (Request for Enhancement) ticket for it if you want so that it can be considered for a future development sprint.  I think development looked a couple of these options in the past and some of the pricing models were prohibitive (i.e. .99 cents per form or $15-40/month per tech) which can quickly add up so keep that in mind, there may be cheaper alternatives on the app store nowadays (and once those are installed and configured to be the default application for the .pdf file type you may not actually need any integration changes on the mobile side).

just to go further : Do you have the name of a cheaper alternative already used today with Alliance in US that works for App store and Play store. We could investigate more on this way.

Thanks for your explanation.

Could you just explain why did you created a module + a report ? 
It was impossible to use directly  a checklist + a report (where you could report the answers of the checklist) ?

Hi 

because the responses of the checklist are not stored in one record but in multi lines records.

We transform each records for all responses off the checklist into a single record with all column necesary for the Cerfa (The are a lot of fields :-) ). We do that with an sql procedure into the database. (lines in table checklist-->transformation-->columns in table CERFA)

After the record added into this new table (this table is the table of the new module “CERFA”), each records can easely see into the report of the module “Cerfa” and into a sub report included into the report “service order”. We have two possibilities, we search and can edit each Cerfa individualy (with the CERFA module) and we add into the service order report (With a sub report, ) Each time the customer receive his service order report, he have the cerfa document included. 

An if customer want only the document Cerfa with no service order document, we can send it with the CERFA module report.
