Does anyone know of a way to upload a list of parts to a configuration structure (instead of entering the parts line by line)? This could be a copy from IFS directly or uploaded from a list (.txt, .xlsx, etc.).

Please Try “External Files” functionality you can find in the Navigator.
You need to create a Template for the LU with the required columns to insert, then you can import or export data to IFS and From IFS.
Also it is possible to copy exiting Structure to another Part Revision using Copy Structure Revision or copy an existing alternate to a new alternate of another Part Revision using Copy Alternate option in the Structure Alternate.
Also it is possible to copy existing components in an Alternate using Copy Object and Paste in another alternate using Paste Object command.
+8It might also be worth considering a data migration job if this is something you need to do on a regular basis.
