Unable to update notes in approval process

Hi Nethaji,

According to the help tab of the Note field, the expected functionality is:

For any object the approver (person or member of a group) of the step can enter notes or responses to this field.

For Document Revisions when it is in Preliminary or Approval in Progress status, only the creator and the approver (person or member of a group) of the step can modify this field.

When the step is in Approved status, only the approver of that particular step (step 1) can modify this field until the next step (step 2) is approved.

If the next step (step 2) is rejected, then the note of the previous step (step 1) can be modified by the approver of that step (step 1).

This field cannot be modified by any user when the document revision is set to Approved status.
