Hi,

For a customer use case, I would like to know if it’s possible to group in a same ship list a preparation (picking or picking + packing) from different warehouses.

Both warehouses could be used to separate inventory logically (physically, we only have 1 warehouse).

I know that we could use bins to separate inventory, but first I would like to be sure that there is no way to group in a same shipping list 2 preparations made in “two” warehouses.

Thanks and Regards

Anthony

Hi Anthony,

A shipping is a logistic transaction that works against the warehouse of record on the ship list document itself.  You cannot ship on the same document from multiple warehouses as you can only record a single source warehouse.
