Hi All,
When allowing “Files and Media” permissions to FSM 6.12 android mobile application a message is appearing on the screen stating that "The app may access files without asking you" which is causing a security concerns now for the Field Technician who are using android mobile phones. Please help us resolving this issue as we are getting customer escalations and Field Technicians are uninstalling the app which is affecting day-to-day business activities.
