“Until recently, only their distribution has been using the counts screen, and so there's a limit set on the site level which meets distributions requirements. They don't want the limit to be increased.
Recently they added the engineers stocks. The issue they are having is a lot of Engineering parts are more than the site limit. So the majority engineering counts are being rejected automatically.
Only team leaders and managers have access to go in and manually authorize the counts.
They look to find out is if there's any other screens where they can use for authorization and where they can have a higher limit set for the engineer specifically, so that doesn't affect the distribution side.”
