Hi Experts,

As you may know, several regions use the comma as their decimal separator in numerics. This change is accommodated in FSM web client when the regional settings have been modified. However, this is not the case for FSM mobile. Despite changing the regional settings in the mobile devise, the comma is not accepted as the default decimal separator. Is there a known fix for this?

Thank you!

This is not a known issue.  The decimal separator used for a particular regional setting should work in the FSM Mobile clients.  However, there is not enough information in the question to know what’s wrong.

For example, if using Android, you need to be using a keyboard that uses the appropriate decimal separator.  That is why the Install/Upgrade guide recommends Google Keyboard (Gboard).

If the issue is reproducible in GSE, open a case with all the details documented in the FSM Mobile checklist.
