We have the following case. We want to use report rule to send invoice to our foreign customers instead of doing it with attachments in Outlook. Our problem is that the customer also need to get the delivery note (delivery note from shipment) in the same e-mail. Either as a combined PDF or as an second attachment.
Is this possible with report rule? Can it be used to collect both reports, when printing invoice?
We have IFS 10.

I think what your after can be achieved but the output document would need to be converted to a Crystal Report as this gives a lot more flexibility on formatting and data availability.

Are you using Report Designer or Crystal Reports to produce your output documents?
