Hi,During testing I implemented some conditional formatting which produced an error. The only actions available are "reload", "details" or "go to home page".How do I reset this setting. To resolve it, I deleted the user and recreated it. (not a good solution)

Kind regards.

Hi all,

I came across the same issue. I can confirm the solution from Marcel Ausan. When going to the window “profiles” query for the affected profile and choose “show details”. Then query for the affected window in the navigator “User/ifsweb/Clients/Window XYZ” and click on it. Find the right entry in the list (starting with formatKey) and go to the details:

Here you can delete the entry. This will resolve the issue:

Best Regards,

Lukas

@Wampyrae  normally all the conditional formatting is saved in the user profile. You may try to delete these from the user profile if you can get to that page.
