We’re working on creating email event actions for our managers and I’ve come across an issue whereby an employee’s request to cancel annual leave doesn’t actually appear as a request in Manager Services or HCM Services under ‘Absence Requests’.
The email event actions work fine, but the issue is that unlike a normal annual leave request, it doesn’t appear anywhere other than in the employee’s absence calendar (meaning the Manager has to trawl through the calendar to find the annual leave cancellation request) or under absence approval (which again, means the Manager has trawl through the calendar and it’s actually a pretty unhelpful tool as the lines are all out of sync meaning you can’t determine who’s record you’re reviewing).
Is there a way for cancellation requests to appear in the absence request page in the Manager Services?
