I am working on a project where the labour can travel between sites, these sites could be in the same company or in another company.
I have reviewed post “Demand for resources from other maintenance organizations”, but I have still some unanswered questions:
1- I am reporting time at the person level, not employee level
2- When the resource group is connected to one company and multiple sites, then the resource ID can only report time against the maintenance org. defined in tab “maintenance/service” and the sites connected to the person (same behaviour as per post Demand for resources from other maintenance organizations)
3- However, if the resource group and resource ID are connected to multiple companies, then I am able to report against any maintenance org. and any site, in any company.
Has anyone experience this issue?
