Hello,

We are using IFS Cloud in remoted and are looking to implement a WAF to secure external connections.

IFS Cloud version : 24.1.4

Currently, it is configured on a Sophos firewall hosted on Azure. When the WAF is enabled, we can successfully access the landing page, but logging in (whether via SSO or with a local account) results in multiple errors, including profile loading errors and other messages indicating an inability to load resources.

Notably, these errors do not occur when using a simple NAT rule, confirming that the issue is related to the WAF configuration. Additionally, we have enabled the "Ignore host header" option, which allows access to the landing page, but does not resolve the authentication issues. Would you have any recommendations or adjustments to help resolve this issue?
