IFS version 22R2 in the cloud

What prerequisite step is needed to run Inventory Value Per Period.  We reconciled as expected in May but when I try to run for June nothing appears.  Does a period need to be opened somewhere or did we miss a step when we reconciled May?

Search attributes are Year 2024 and Period 6, then Search and nothing is produced.  I get the May data when I use period 5 though.

Thanks in advance for any help:-)

Hi @tcalleia did you already Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period (Warehouse Management/Transaction History/Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period)?

It’s possible this may be a scheduled job.

@astfarazt is likely right, just a few things I’ve learned that may be worthwhile on this topic to help you out.

You can review your database background tasks under My Administration > Scheduled Tasks > Database Task Schedules. The task name is Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period

Additionally, you can look at a given inventory transaction and see what inventory transactions have transferred into the inventory value per period.

Hope this helps!

Hi @tcalleia ,

As mentioned in previous replies, to insert or update records in Inventory Value per Period, you need to run the Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period job.

To understand further on Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period, its prerequisites and system effects, I would recommend you to refer the answer given in below post.
