I'm encountering an error while deploying entity models in the IFS Developer Tools. The error message is as follows:

I seem to be encountering the Error_SYS.Inaccessible_Record_Creation_ error. Could someone please provide insights into why this error is occurring and how it can be resolved? Additionally, I'm also curious about the missing identifier FNDCG_PROJECTION_SVC_UTIL_API.TO_BOOLEAN.
