• Company commitment / project sponsorship
• Scope inclusions / exclusions
• Ability to adapt processes to standard IFS / keep the same
• Critical requirements to be addressed / handled another way
• CRIM items (customization, reports, interfaces, mods)
• Data cleansing and restructuring requirements
• Resource availability / constraints
• Competing demands for time / other projects
• Technology stability / changes expected
