Hello all,

I am getting the error message: class intfaceFile does not exist when trying to select a file, does anyone have any ideas what the issue is please.

Hi @JannetteC ,

Is this the first time you use the tool or has this worked before?

If you use it the first time, then it looks like script for creating the java class was not deployed.
You can search it in your build_home which was provided by installation under following path (for App8):
Build_Home\database\fndmig\IntfaceServerFile.api

In this file you can find a section starting with "CREATE OR REPLACE AND COMPILE JAVA SOURCE NAMED "intfaceFile" AS"
(Re)Deploy this statement and
Try again and see if the error message is solved.

If you do not have permission for deploying, include a colleague of yours who is administrating the application.

A workaround is to simply type the name of the file directly in the field and save.

Hi @JannetteC
Can you provide a picture of the messages? So we know where it happens.
