Our company is utilizing IFS9.
Our company utilizes external software to help to combine several documents into one PDF format. The software name is (KOFAX).
After we have one file with the PDF format, the user attaches the PDF file into the (IFS) Document Revision.
However, after we try to open the file from IFS, some fields disappear from the document. In other words, some data from the PDF file attached in IFS miss information.
The file before be attach to IFS. It looks normal with the entire data.
The problem happens after the file is attached to IFS.
Any Idea what is happening?
