This normally happens in occasions where scientific notation goes to E+1.
Please check the below workaround
-Open excel and Connect to the Migration job
-RMB on Qty/Assembly column -> Format cells -> Number -> Text -> OK
-Update the Qty/Assembly with a number having more than 4 decimals -> Validate/Execute
