In 15.4 Browser Agnostic, on the Dispatch Console and right clicking on a tech, there is an option for “Assign”, is there a way to Deactivate “Assign”?

There are no options to manage this functionality that I can find thus believe this would have to be a local customization to disable the context menu option. RFE changes to the standard Alliance product are now closed at this point in the product lifecycle.
Perhaps you can discuss this with Services to see if customizing at the local level is an option.
