MobileEgde 15.4.12 no more working after windows update

Hi we have this issue on two on premise customers,  it looks like after a windows update the mobile application was no more working, with error message : 

 

Could not find 'aspnetcorev2_inprocess.dll'. Exception message:
You must install or update .NET to run this application.

App: D:\Program Files\Alliance Mobile Edge\AsteaMobileEdgeServices\Astea.Mobile.Services.dll
Architecture: x64
Framework: 'Microsoft.AspNetCore.App', version '6.0.0' (x64)
.NET location: C:\Program Files\dotnet\

do you have also this feedback from some other customers ? we are investigating on our side

Hi Christophe,
Do you have the KB#’s for the update(s) that were applied? 

Are those same updates already applied in the UAT/DEV environments?  (and does the same thing happen there?)  If they weren’t applied on those environments yet, then can you manually apply the updates one at a time to try to pinpoint the exact one that causes the issue?

Are you able to rollback the updates and see if it resolves the issue?
