Hi,
Can you explain why, when a custom field, float type, is sent to mobility, it appears rounded, and worth, sent back to back-office, the value is really rounded in database ?
E.g : Alliance Web
vs mobility :
and then in DB the value is now wrong.
Same issue if the value in set from mobility. typing in a rounded value then enter : value is rounded.
Version is ALLIANCE V15.4 SU7
How to resolve this ?

This should be logged as a case with Support as anything to resolve it will require a code change somewhere where it would be reviewed.
