A customer has requested a new vendor which should have access to the multiple warehouses as a mobile technician.
We have created the vendor but are not able to map the warehouse to them.

Are you referring to the Contacts tab in the Vendor Center module?
You created a new contact there and want to give that contact access to one/more warehouses?
We don’t allow vendor contacts to be associated with warehouses at the moment, that would need to be done as a customization. When the Vendor Technician logs into the Mobile Edge application you’ll note that all of the inventory related modules are not available (Inventory, Inventory Counting, Shipping, Receiving, Material Order, etc.)

To manage this use case in mobile edge, some of our customers manage sub contractor technicians as employee.
Maybe a way to explore if your customer accept to see external or internal technician as employee.

+15If you want to handle it as Anthony suggests by creating them as employees you can always create a new MOE setting called ‘SubContractor Technicians’ and then run through all of the options (there are over 200 of them) but basically disable everything you don’t want these users to have access to and then assign just your subcontractor technicians to this new MOE that you created. Lock it down to give them as little access as possible...this may get you pretty close to what you need, then if you want to remove or hide other fields that aren’t configurable by MOE settings then you can use the Mobile Customizer application to create a separate URL for these techs to log in with that will have the additional restrictions in place.
