Hi

in mobileedge for the receiving module, 4 status are displayed into the receiving lines screen :
Accepted, Awaiting Delivery, Delivered, undelivred

1/ Is it possible to modify this status in a table ?
(the table is available in a transaction ?  I assume status are managed on the transaction Logistics Demand Statuses, but in this transaction we can’t choose to display or not)

2/ In mobileedge : is it possible to choose status displayed : For some process, the Technician doesn’t have all inputs to choose the status and it’s only action is to choose “accepted”. All other cases should managed by the Back office with the Carrier.
If the part is not at the PUDO, the technician let the line open.

Thanks for your support and Regards

anthony

Hi Anthony,
The mobile application downloads the data for these entries from the “Logistics Demand Statuses” module in Alliance, so you can change the text string associated with each of the particular values and those changes will be reflected in both applications.  Right now the logic on the mobile client side that filters the list of demand statuses that the user can pick from is controlled at the source code level (so there is no way to hide or show particular values in this drop down list individually at this time).  That would require a small customization on the mobile application (it can’t be done through the Mobile Customizer application).
Thanks,
Reid
