Add attachment to an email sent through workflow

Hello,

 

I built a workflow in Astea V12.5 that sends an email for Field Quotes to a generic address, when it is sent initially through mobility by a technician to a customer.

 

Is there a way to be able to have the attachement of the FQ in this email sent through the workflow?

 

As actions in Workflows, I see this element called “Data source consolidated email”, but I dont see the any difference with a classic “Data source”?

 

But I read “with an attachment” in the details of the element, so maybe it could help me?

Hi Ayse,

I don’t believe it is possible to attach a file that is an attachment to a service order to the email sent out via a workflow.

Also, the question about the Data Source Consolidated Email is documented the following way:

This is not speaking of attaching file but sending the multiple rows of related data found as an attachment in the email sent out.
