Hi

We have a customer (using V14) which was working with email listener with is an on prem exchange server. He is going to move to Microsoft 365. During testing it looks like the emaillistener is not able to read the microsoft office 365 mail box. We have tried on our internal customer environment we have also the problem (where as the quite same configuraiton is working for us on V15 from our office).

Do you know if this is supported in V14 ?

Thanks for your feedback

Hi Christophe,

Email Listener is supported in v14 but most likely you need different port settings for Outlook 365 as the standard ports 21 and 25 would not be supported for example.

Here is a screen shot of the various ports for Microsoft from their support website:

Assuming you are going to use POP, then port 995 is the one used to retrieve mails from Outlook 365.  To set this in the global.xml for the profile it looks like you should only enable the SSLConnection and the default for POP3 over SSL is 995.

The above is from a v14 environment and since it specifically mentions the ports, etc. it should be supported.
