Thanks Phil! Kyle and I have been working on this deallocation issue and deallocate_str did work to deactivate the Deallocate button in IMO. Thank you so much for the info!

Following up on your comment on the topic how to capture that you are using 15.1 thus not using Chrome or Web Employee Portal.
Ok, I understand but please try the value I posted above anyway as this is what is currently used. It also could be that 15.1 might not have an ID value which means a code change is needed (log a ticket).
deallocate_str does work for me in v15.4 so hopefully it is the same in v15.1
