The following is the proper way to collect a dump of the DSE and all services:

Upon next failure please collect and ftp to Astea Support:

a.      Services dump for DSE service in its problematic state – do not recycle (task manager – details – DSE service – (right-click) – create dump) **

b.       Event viewer – keyword search “DSE” – save those logs.

c.       3 files in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319 on the application server: Clr.dll, mscordacwks.dll and sos.dll (previous file path is approximate).

** there is the possibility that you will not see a DSE Services.exe running in task manager, at which time we will have to find another way to get this info when the DSE fails to start / crashes.
