“Dear customer, please find attached the Service Order Report for Work Order: SV2104200007@@1.”
We’d like to change that if possible, does anyone know where this is stored and if it is editable?

Hi Chris,
Currently this string is hardcoded for each supported language layer and cannot be modified inside of the Mobile Customizer application. I logged a RFE (Request for Enhancement) ticket in our production system so that this can be considered for a future development sprint.
