Server log Exception "datatable could not be found for table".

Dears,

 

We have noticed below exception from Application server log.


Timestamp: 2024-09-05T12:30:46.8517151+03:00
Message: A datatable could not be found for table task_ext in namespace Metrix.BusinessEntities.  A datatable was created automatically based on the metadata records.
Machine: SCDVWFSM04
App Domain: /LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT/FSMQA2-1-133700022188453582
ProcessId: 9404
Process Name: w3wp
Thread Name:

 

Can anyone brief about this as this exception is noticed frequently in server log on multiple tables.

Please let us know there is solution to overcome this exception.

could you please confirm if your system has the task_ext metadata and the task_ext table in the database?

Ans: Yes TASK_EXT Metadata and TASK_EXT table exists in Database.

Have you defined the relationship between TASK and TASK EXT in metadata?

Could you share the custom metadata configurations?

Hi @Narsing Rao,

Does this specific environment have any server-side customizations?

If so, usually this occurs the relevant data-table file for the custom metadata record is not added to the Visual Studio Solution.

Yes, we have defined relation definition between TASK and TASK_EXT in custom metadata.
