Hi,

We are having some issues with attaching images to FSM reports through “.rdlc” files. Accessing an image through a link that sits on the internet is working. As the customer is not on premise, we can't access the images through the links that we have with us.

Appreciate your assistance on this.

In Azure the FSM Attachments are stored in a BLOB Container on a Azure Storage. This storage is set to “private” by default. Thus the images can only be retrieved directly when providing a valid Shared Access Signature (SAS).  When using Attachments on Reports you need to fetch the images from the storage by providing the Image URL and adding the SAS token.

Hope that helps!

Hi Chandan,

is this customer hosted in IFS Managed Cloud?
