I think, you can use the related query of the PART_NEED sync rule for this. But, it depends on your requirement.

In the standard sync rule, PART NEED is a real-time sync rule with empty related query. If you need to sync any of related table(if the sync method is real-time), you can use it.

Make sure to find the correct tables, and relationships between each table, and use proper constraints to avoid any performance impact by avoiding syncing unnecessary data.
