I cannot preview or download Document

I have Aurena agent as well

can you create a new document and see whether it works. the your user will be an admin of the document and should be able to perform any action on the document. I suppose it is an access issue. in the document revision\access tab, check whether the logged in user has been granted access to the document.

User has been granted access to the document. no issue there

Even though you have granted full access(ex: Admin access) to the user, the relevant user may not have access to the older documents, which were created/uploaded prior granting the full access. This is due to some security reasons actually.

Think of a situation where a user should be given access to a certain document class. There might be a reason why this person was not given access before. If this person has access to old documents as well after adding that person to the document class/giving access, this will breach the above mentioned reason. This applies similarly for situations when we remove access for the relevant user as well. 

Since now you have given full access, can you create a new document and check whether user can see download icon and preview icon?

He cant open new documents as well

Is there a file associated with the document revision, i.e., the file is checked in?

Hi Only one user has the issue

we have 2 environmnets . TEST and PROD

both in same code base , same use permissions 

user can preview download files from the TEST . But Cant do both in PROD

I tried to export test profile and import to production , thinking its a profile issue . Still the issue exsistsin PROD

Sounds like missing access in Document Revision / Access, for that user.
