Our customer uses Business Reporter in Apps9. They have planned to upgrade to 21R1. How can they use BR in new IFSversion.

IFS Cloud 21R1 onwards, the authentication for IFS Business Reporter is handled through IAM identity providers. Therefore, it is necessary to setup an IAM client id for IFS Business Reporter. This is one time configuration which should be performed for each environment.

The Business Reporter client is available as an add-on with 21R1, just like it was available with the older versions. You can download if from the Add-Ons page
