Tax amount on the Customer Order is not updated after the price was changed

In some cases the tax amount is not updated / recalculated when the Price of a Customer Order / Customer Order Line is changed.

There is no pattern found so far, it happens randomly and we cannot reproduce it. 

Anybody else experiencing this problem or similiar issues?

Hi ​@Mandy ,

We observed a situation where the Unit Sales Price/Base and Unit Sales Price/Curr become zero when the Discount % is entered first in the material line within the Prepare Work Order window. Notably, the issue could only be reproduced under a specific sequence of actions:

  1. Discount %

  2. Part No

  3. Quantity Required

Could you similarly list the sequence of steps you follow when changing the price, and also try altering the order to see if the behavior changes?
In the meantime, I will verify whether a similar issue has already been reported and addressed, and will provide you with an update accordingly.
