Authorization problem for user

We are using IFSAPP 8. We are getting an error on the user login screen for one user.

Username: LJ2

Password:1

I changed the password and try it again but the result is the same. What could be the reason for this?

The message is “You have entered an invalid username and/or password, or you do not have authorization to perform the requested action”.

@sahango did you check if your user has at least the FND_ENDUSER permission set granted?

The user had somehow become inactive. I activated it and it was fixed. Thanx

@sahango check if this permission set granted to the user

Additionally go to create user window --->query user and check if active
