How to create Custom Event for Purchase Requisition

Hello,

I just wanted to ask if subscribing and adding a note to the subscription would also solve this.

Is it necessary to create event in this case or is it just another way to solve it?

 @enbiyakoktas I don’t think you can manage this scenario by subscription only. You can only create a subscription for a specific transaction/document once it’s been created. But in this case, @Noriro2 wanted an email everytime a new PR is created. So, subscriptions won’t do the trick. A custom event is needed.

Thank you for the answer. Just to make sure, when a subscription is made like the image below, it will notify when the ‘Status’ field changes of the selected reiqusition only?

@enbiyakoktas correct. The subscription is created for the chosen transaction only.

@enbiyakoktas this is only for chosen transaction, but i want to send an e-mail or Stream Message to the person concerned whenever a Purchase Requisition (Any) is created.
