How to disable the Customer Order Line Manual Reservation RMB option when Unreserve is enabled?

@saiful as far as I remember (it’s been a while since I worked with Apps10), the RMB options that are available are calculated with some functions in the PL/SQL API. Therefore, I guess it would require a modification to get what you are asking for.
