No archive data found for print job | status inactive

Hi @Hashmit,

This issue usually occurs in old IFS Applications versions when there is a large number of old print jobs already in the queue.

• In the Print Manager screen in IEE, please check how many old print jobs are there in Waiting and Error states. 
• Delete all of the unwanted old print jobs from Print Manager screen. 
• If you are unable to delete these jobs from the Print Manager screen, due to some error, then you need to manually delete the old print job related records from the following print job related tables in the database:
  • Print_job_tab
  • Print_queue_tab
  • Print_job_contents_tab
